One week of Study Trips for Young Researchers and Quality Assurance representatives organized in the framework of the development project “Support of young university capacity in education and research and science activities in Ukraine” has taken place recently. It was organized with the joint project of the #CULS, #SSU #SNAU and #BNAU financed by the #CzDA.
Delegations of scientists from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, Sumy State University, Sumy National Agrarian University, and Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University studied and shared information from 17.11 till 22.11.2019. The trip issues were discussed at a workshop organized in Department of General Mechanics and Dynamics of Machines by Dmytro Zhyhylii.

In the period from 1.09.18 to 31.08.19 head of the department, PhD tech Sciences Zahorulko Andriy participated as a visiting researcher in developing the project "Turbopower system using waste heat sources based on the Internet of Things" based on the Korean Institute of Science and Technology.

As part of the project, Zahorulko Andriy performed numerical calculations of the pipe pump unit's rolling bearings operating in a cryogenic environment, influenced the honeycomb and labyrinth seals on the characteristics of radial turbines.

The scientific research results were presented at the conferences: The 5th International Energy s Environmental conference - Tribological and Rotordynamic Issues for Low Temperature - Thermal Grid, which was held at KIST Green Technology Institute; 2019.07.03 ~ 07.05, Conference, Pyeongchang.

Associate Professor of department of the General mechanics’ and machines dynamics Pavlenko I.V. passed an international scientific internship at the Faculty of Production Technologies of the Presov Technical University in Kosice (Slovakia) as part of the National Scholarship Program of the Slovak Republic in the period from February till April 2019. The scientific internship theme was "Identification of Parameters for Technological Equipment Using Artificial Neural Networks".
